Parking Perks No Refund Policy

All sales are final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
No Refunds After 10 Minutes. Refund requests must be submitted through our website within 10 minutes of placing your order. Requests received after this 10-minute window will not be reviewed or considered under any circumstances.
You Are Paying for Time Wanted, Not Time Used. Your purchase reserves a specific duration of parking time that you have selected. Leaving early, changing your plans, moving your vehicle, or otherwise not using the full duration does not entitle you to a refund, credit, or adjustment of any kind. The fee is for the time block reserved — not for the time actually spent parked.
How to Request a Refund (Within the 10-Minute Window). All refund requests must be submitted through the contact form on our website. Requests made by phone, email, text message, social media, or any other channel will not be processed. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the request is successfully submitted within the 10-minute window. Even then, a refund is not guaranteed. All refund requests will be researched with LP Readers, Cameras, and more data to verify the validity of your request.
Exceptions. No exceptions will be made for, including but not limited to: incorrect duration selected, incorrect license plate entered, incorrect location selected, vehicle moved or towed, change of plans, weather, or failure to read these terms prior to purchase.
Agreement. By completing your transaction, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.
